Baltic Council for International Education is the officially accredited centre for administering Cambridge exams in Latvia: Young Learners, A2 Key, B1 Preliminary, B2 First, C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency.
You can always get more information and register for exams at our offices in Tallinn, Vilnius, Riga and Ventspils.
For exam participants in Riga we offer special accommodation rates at Radisson Blu Hotels.
Our clients can take free mock tests. Throughout the year we organise various events for school students, university students, teachers and anyone planning to take Cambridge exams.
Baltic Council organises the international exhibitions Days of International Education and Days of British Education in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. We also hold specialised seminars and info days together with Cambridge English Language Assessment. Exams can be organised in other Baltic cities on request.
In cooperation with leading international English language schools, we offer Cambridge exam preparation courses abroad.
