The written part of the test takes 3 hours. The speaking interview is 15 minutes. You'll be informed of the test venue in your confirmation letter.

No. You need a passport to register for IELTS. You must also have your passport (matching the number on the application form) with you during the exam.
You can file a complaint about the exam by filling in this form. It's best to do this on the day of the exam itself. Complaints filed after receiving your results will not be considered.
