Terms and Conditions
of the association BALTIC COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website of the association BALTIC COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION (unified registration number 40008085919, registered office: Ģertrūdes iela 33/35, Riga, LV-1011, hereinafter — the "Company", "we") and the provision by the Company of consultancy services in the field of education abroad.
1.2. By using the website and submitting forms on it, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the website and the Company's services.

2.1. The Company provides informational and consultancy services related to studying abroad: selection of educational programmes, language courses, summer camps, secondary schools and universities, assistance with document submission, and registration for educational fairs and seminars.
2.2. The Company is not an educational institution, does not issue diplomas or certificates of education, and does not guarantee admission to any particular institution — the final admission decision is made independently by the relevant institution.

3.1. By completing a registration form for a fair, seminar or webinar, you confirm the accuracy of the data provided.
3.2. The Company reserves the right to decline a registration if the number of available places is exceeded, or to change the date, time or format of an event, notifying registered participants through available channels of communication (email, phone).

4.1. Through a separate checkbox when filling in forms on the website, you may give your consent to receive marketing information (news, invitations to events, special offers) by email.
4.2. This consent is not a mandatory condition for receiving a consultation or registering for an event and may be withdrawn at any time — via the link in the email or by contacting the Company using the contact details listed in the "Contacts" section of the website.

5.1. All materials on the website (texts, images, logos, structure and design) are the property of the Company or are used with the permission of the rights holders.

7.2. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the website or the provision of services shall be resolved through negotiations, and, failing agreement, in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

8.2. Continued use of the website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
