UCPS (Universities & Colleges Placement Service),
and we'll help you take this first, correct step.

In recent years Baltic Council has helped thousands of young people achieve their goals and gain admission to the UK's top universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, the London School of Economics and other prestigious institutions.

UCAS
Universities & Colleges Admissions Service

Admissions to all UK higher-education institutions are handled by the central UCAS (Universities & Colleges Admissions Service) office. British and international applicants register on the UCAS online system and begin the long, demanding admissions process.

Applications are recommended by 15 January. For Oxford and Cambridge universities and medical schools - by 15 October.

The online form allows a maximum of 5 chosen universities and study programmes, academic achievements at the time of application, a motivation letter, and a reference from a school or teacher. This application period, and completing it correctly, is one of the most important stages of admission.

UCPS
Universities & Colleges Placement Service

Baltic Council for International Education is an official UCAS centre and helps young people gain admission to the UK's top universities. Over many years, hundreds of school graduates from Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia have used our UCPS admissions support service.

We were the first to offer this kind of service, which opened up (and still opens up) admission opportunities to any of the UK's 160 universities and colleges.

The UCPS admissions service has 2 stages:
  1. At the first stage, prospective applicants learn about the UK education system, get information about universities, colleges, study programmes, entry requirements, the application process and UCAS registration, learn about funding options and student loans, and get answers to other relevant questions.
  2. The second stage of UCPS is chosen by those who need extra help with admission: jointly searching for institutions and programmes based on academic goals and career ambitions; arranging interviews and visit trips; jointly filling in the UCAS form, preparing and submitting documents, including help completing forms, writing a motivation letter, translation, preparing and/or checking reference letters; tracking application deadlines; help filling in loan applications; choosing and booking accommodation; jointly resolving other matters.

Depending on your academic results and career goals, we'll suggest the UCPS service category best suited to you.
