Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you cancel the test,  the fee is refunded  minus an administrative charge of 25% of the exam price.

The test date can be changed free of charge only once; after that a date-change fee of EUR 70 applies

In the event of illness, the test date can be changed if a doctor's note is provided within 3 days of the exam, or the fee can be refunded minus an administrative charge of 25% of the exam price.
